Sometimes a decent righthander. Usually clean with few people out in the mornings before the trade winds set in at around 12pm.
Occasionally barrels. On those days if you take off late you get barreled or wiped out because half of the waves are messy close outs on barrel days.
Often the wave has an unpredictable shifty peak with a weird sluggish slow ride.
Occasionally get's good and if you happen to be there at the right time it can be solid.
It's a gamble.

Near Canggu. You can see Echo Beach and Batu Bolong from this spot.
Despite it's proximity to Echo beach you have to take a different road rather than the one to go to Canngu and it takes longer to get to Berawa rather than Canngu from nearby neighborhoods such as Kerobokan.
