Warning: This spot is very polluted. Some local surfers from Viña don't go there, even if it is good, because it's very dirty (Specially after the rain).

Go to downtown Viña del Mar, find the "estero" (crap river) and go ahead to the sea. It is next to the Casino, and by the other side, by the hotel-restaurant Cap Ducal.
