Not too many people. Hit or miss. You can tell if it's gonna be a surfable day if you see locals out. If no one is out don't even try it.

From Cadiz, take the A491 north until you get to Costa Ballena. A little bit before Chipiona. You can enter in 2 places. Doesn't matter which one you enter you take they both take you to the beach. South Costa Ballena usually breaks better.
The spot is in Rota(Cádiz), you only need to came to the beach whose name is La Ballena. It´s near the American Base.
