Faria
Edit SpotAbout
The cove at the bottom of the point is a good spot for beginners and longboarders. Waves break in shallow water (4 to 5 ft deep) Spot Gets better with more tide, the point can be rocky during low tide so be careful.

From the 101 exit state beaches/hwy. 1 and drive up about 4 miles until you reach Faria. Ask around for Mondos. From Mondos look north. If you see white water on the far point,,,GO TO Pitas and surf. A lot of old people surf it. From Faria park walk south, along the point. Not as good as Rincon and just as crowded most days now. Stay on the beach and off of the seawalls, it's private property and the residents get angry.
