only with your own boat, take care because near the wave have a lot of rocks, that if you didn't see you will crash.
i didnt recomend go there with big sweels because if the waves grow up you cant leave the island.

the island that the wave broke is ilha das palmas, and you can get a boat to go there at ilha do mel.
all locals surfes now how to go there, but the spot is uncrowded because, it's very dangerous de access to go there, a lot of boats crashed there.
