I think it is fun to ride in even small surf and when the right swell comes in it is insane.
Atmosphere:
The locals hear are very nice. But one thing you must watch out for is joinior lifeguards. They are their during the summer from about 8am to 1pm. they seriously can take heavens out

In the right swell this beach can produce hollow long rides. This beach normally has great conditions in the

You will take PCH, you will see an entrance and a exit to leo carillo state beach. After you pay a small fee foll the road to the very end of the park. You shouuld see a rock near the water(low tide), that is heavens rock. that is wear heavens begins
