In winter there are few people in the water.

Additional Info:
When it runs it's fantastic and you can surf really huge waves
here. You can park in front of the spot. It's a boulder beach, but inside the water the bottom
is formed by sharp rocks.

It's easy to find. In Javea, between the harbour and the main beach
there are some reef beaches that you can see from your car. Look for
a pub called "Siesta" in front of one of those beaches.
