If you dont want to pay to park the car park it up on the hill near the restaurant and the red house and then walk down the stairs to the beach. You should paddle out near the rocks on the right side of the beach and then paddle more to the middle.

It is a small beach a few minutes up (north) the road from Cartagena. If you can speak spanish ask where Las Cruces is. Less than 2 hrs from Santiago.
