Magasang
Edit SpotAbout
Good island, great people, hottie girls, good surf at 3 different breaks.
Atmosphere:
WOW what a place to surf... Alone! Spectacular view! great waves!
Additional Info:
Big rock formations and swells go in between them. The north most Magasang rock sends a right off its side like a point break. You can just jump off the rock into the waves. Without risking your life! Its good right hander that goes down the beach for 200 meters or more.

Biri island is easy to get to for the Philippines at least. It is well know for its rocks and beaches. No surfers go there so its new to surfing. Big rock formations are part of the surfing journey here, great surf tho, sitting right on the open pacific. Biri island can be reached by Masbate to the north and Catarman on Samar. Catarman has flights and you can get a van to Lavesares from there. An hour by boat to Biri breaks are on the north and east side of the island. Hotels are good. Plenty of Foriegn money here and you can tell. This may be the most beautiful place to surf Period!
