go south on the princess highway and turn off at bendalong turn off. Keep on Red Head Rd up to the village, then turn left on to Maple St, and left again onto North Bendalong Rd. Cross a little bridge, park at the car park for Flat Rock beach. Take the cliff top trail to Monument Beach, enjoy it.
