Either from St.Jean De Monts or St. Hilaire de Riez, drive on Road D123 until you reach the sign "Plage Parée Préneau". Drive to the beach, there is a large parking plus an "Aire de Camping Cars". Down at the beach, right of the Beachguard are small jetties and sandbars, so you should find a wave.
