Port Geographe, Busseton
Edit SpotAbout
I think that it is pretty insane!
Atmosphere:
It is a very quite community in the port with hardly any communication about. The only time you will see a surfer there if there is no tourists, because us Australians don't really like sharing our beaches with foriegners.
Additional Info:
If you are a bodyboarder, like myself. Try to have fun on the wedge or just get some pointless barrels. If you surf, just chill and ride the wave. In Busselton it is a privilege to have waves because we don,t get the swell line because of the capes and because Magaret rivers coast line just hogs it all. So don't come to Busselton expecting swell unless there is storms forecast.

It is a wedge that breaks mostly in winter, Whenever there is a wind wave or a storm has come through the area it can produce some 2 to 3 and a half barrels. In summer if there is a Nor-westerly wind blowing at around about 45 km/h it can produce a small wave across the coast.
Every now and than you may get a wedge wave, but you may have to check the other spots around the port. This wave is a good longboard wave and bodyboard wave.
