To get to the island you can take a boat out of the Jurien Bay marina then go north along the coast until you reach sandland island. You will find it. Once there, anchor in the channel then paddle out to the break which you'll see. Its a left hander. Now the big danger there is sharks and the Great Whites are absolutely massive there. Watch out!
