There is a lot of parking zone in the area. No problems even if there are really lot of people you only will have to walk 200 meters.

go down from the motorway at san felipe, follow the small street to the end - there you go.
Now (August 2008) there are some works and the beach is closed from public access. Surfers are allowed to access but you will have to go down a wall like climbing. This is not a problem anyway. You can ask the men working there to give you the board once you are downstairs.
